Middle aged man with minimal prior history presents with sudden-onset abdominal pain and RLE swelling. He was found to have thrombosis involving the SMA, IMA and multiple deep veins of the R leg. Depicted in this image is a swollen R leg with engorged veins -indicative of venous congestion – related to the DVT.
