Macrognathia
The mandible grows more rapidly than the maxilla causing the prognathism and the finding of widely spaced teeth in the mandible more often than the maxilla.
Patient 1:
This is a middle-aged woman with acromegaly. She was diagnosed and treated for several years before these photos were taken. But the features tend to persist.
This patient also has coarse facies.
