Erysipelas
Increased warmth, edema, and erythema of the skin with well-defined borders.
Patient 1:
This patient has well-demarcated blanching erythema and warmth of the buttocks, consistent with erysipelas.
Patient 2:
This patient has well-demarcated blanching erythema and warmth of the lower extremity, consistent with erysipelas.
