Leser-Trelat sign

Characterized by the sudden development of multiple seborrheic keratoses, associated with an underlying malignancy.
 
 

Patient 1:

This patient is an old aged man with a 50 pack year smoking history. He was admitted with cough, shortness of breath and weight loss, and these skin lesions which he thought developed over the last few months. He was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the lung, and the association of these skin lesions with cancer is called the sign of Lesar Trelat.
