Angular Cheilitis
Scaling and erythema of the oral commissures, associated with a number of nutritional deficiencies.
Patient 1:
This is a young woman with a history of gastric bypass surgery who presented with polyneuropathy and was found to be deficient in multiple micronutrients.
This patient also has glossitis and acrodermatitis.
