Bronchophony
Bronchophony is the finding of increased volume (loudness) of speech in a focal area of pneumonia.
Patient 1:
This is a middle-aged man with community-acquired pneumonia.
This patient also has crackles over the ipsilateral lung and vesicular breath sounds over the contralateral lung.
