Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis

Palpable purpura- Non-blanching erythema from bleeding into the skin seen in small vessel vasculitis.

 

Patient 1:

This patient is an old-aged man who was admitted with rash, abdominal pain and renal injury several weeks after starting a new medication (diltiazem). Skin biopsy showed IgA deposits- dx, HSP.
