Gottron’s Papules
Gottron’s papules are violaceous and scaly papules over the dorsum of the metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints.
Patient 1:
This is a middle-aged man who presented with progressive weakness and was found to have dermatomyositis.
This patient also has a heliotrope rash and shawl sign.
Patient 2:
This is a middle-aged man who presented with progressive weakness and was found to have dermatomyositis.
